How do I send an inquiry?

Two paths. Either contact the sourcing team directly via the Contact Us page, or shortlist products in the inquiry cart and submit one consolidated request with your contact details.

What should I include in a first inquiry?

Category, target quantity range, destination market, expected timeline and any logo or packaging direction. The more context up front, the more concrete the first quote.

What are typical MOQs and lead times?

MOQs vary by category — yoga and recovery start around 300 units, strength gear from 500. Standard lead time is 30-45 days from sample sign-off, faster for stocked references.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Sea, air, rail and door-to-door shipping is supported through partner forwarders across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Latin America.
