Product Customization

Make a catalog product feel unmistakably yours.

Most catalog references can be customized across logo, color, material, sizing and packaging. The path from reference SKU to private-label product is a structured workflow, not a back-and-forth thread.

Customization scope

Four layers, one workflow.

You can customize any combination of these layers. The sample stage confirms how they look together before any bulk PO is released.

Layer 1

Logo & branding

Print, emboss, laser-engrave or woven label. Logo placement is reviewed against ergonomics and visual balance.

  • Pad print / silkscreen / laser
  • Embossed & debossed
  • Woven & heat-transfer labels
Layer 2

Color & finish

Pantone-matched colors, custom textures and finish levels — matte, satin or glossy — to fit your brand system.

  • Pantone color matching
  • Custom textures
  • Matte / satin / gloss finishes
Layer 3

Material & spec

Density, thickness, weight, weave or grade adjustments within the constraints of the reference structure.

  • Density & thickness tuning
  • Recycled material options
  • Compliance-driven swaps
Layer 4

Packaging

Retail-ready boxes, hangtags, inserts and barcodes designed alongside the product. See the Packaging Design page for the full intake.

  • Retail-ready packs
  • Custom hangtags & inserts
  • Barcodes & compliance marks

Color & material library

Start from a reference, fine-tune from the swatch wall.

Most projects start with a catalog reference and a brand color palette. We work back from those — color matching, material trials and finish samples — until the look on the table matches the look in your brand book.

  • Pantone fan deck and material swatches on hand
  • Multiple density / thickness trial options
  • Finish reviews under daylight and warm light
  • Photographed sample report shared in the PDF sign-off
Approval workflow

From brief to bulk in five clear steps.

Each step ends with a written sign-off so there is never any ambiguity about what's approved.

Step 1

Brief intake

Share a reference product, brand assets, target market, MOQ and timeline. We respond with a customization plan.

Step 2

Quote & swatches

We return a quote and ship a swatch / material pack so you can validate colors and finishes before sample tooling.

Step 3

Sample production

Sample is produced and shipped, typically within 10-14 days. Photo evidence of the production setup is shared with the sample.

Step 4

Sign-off

Once the sample is approved, a PDF sign-off captures every confirmed parameter — the bulk run is locked to that document.

Step 5

Bulk & QA

Bulk production starts, with inline checks against the signed-off sample and a pre-shipment inspection report at the end.

FAQ

Customization FAQ

What is the smallest order I can customize?

Most customization starts at 300 units per SKU for yoga and recovery, 500 for strength gear. Logo-only customization on stocked refs can sometimes start lower — ask the team.

How long until I see a sample?

Standard sample turnaround is 10-14 days from brief approval. Color matching or material trials may add 5-7 days.

Can you match a Pantone color exactly?

Yes for most materials. We provide a printed swatch and a physical material sample for sign-off before bulk production.

Can the sample evolve before sign-off?

Yes — most projects iterate one or two rounds. Each round resets the sign-off until both sides are aligned.
