Smart Fitness Mirror, also referred to as a Training Mirror, is a fitness station that integrates a display screen, camera, speakers, and microphone. It functions as a regular full-length mirror when powered off and becomes an interactive fitness coach and content platform when powered on.
The system uses a high-performance mirror display, wide-angle camera, microphone array, speakers, and high-performance processor. During use, the user stands in front of the mirror while the camera captures key human body points to form a dynamic model. The AI model compares this model with the instructor’s standard model from the class, analyzes deviations, and provides feedback through the voice or visual interface.
